3 way matching for PO Discrepancies notificaton error

Hi

Was wondering if anyone hascomeacross this issue,

  1. I created a 3 way match workflow for discrepancies on PO’s

  2. It all works, however when the originator gets a notification and tries to go to origin gets his error:

FormRun object not initialised.
