You do not have permission to create the ‘as’ Table.
Contact the system manager if you need to have your permissions changed.
What ID are you assigning to the new object? Be sure it falls with in the range permitted by your license. Also that you have proper permissions.
Make sure to import the license that allows you to change the structure. Be careful not to use those table ID that is not allowed, use 50000 range.
