Hi Team,
I have five users that are meant to approve a document but I separated into two category where 1st category set with specific user and 2nd category with workflow user group( sequence 1: - 2users, sequence 2: - 2users). That’s (1.) Create an approval request for the record using approver type Approver and approver limit type Specific Approver.
(2.) Create an approval request for the record using approver type Workflow User Group and workflow user group code ADVANCE REQ <=5 A.
But once the Specific Approver approve the document it will be release instead of going into the workflow user group. Is there any setup that I need to do.
