WHSAutoCreateLoadLine error when creating a line into a purchase order

Hi everybody,

I saw many posts with this problem in 2014-2015 without solution…

The error of the image is showing when we create a line inside a purchase order, it starts suddenly, the process was working fine. I couldn’t identify any change in the system (wharehouse mgmt & transportation parameters) that could cause this error.

Does anybody face the same problem and manage to solve it? It is happening with AX2012 R3 CU11

I don’t think any parameter change could result that error. The error is not something that AX would generally through to the user, unless there is some improperly handled code. Please have a developer to investigate the issue.
