Using TAPI on 3.60 in a Thin Client Environment

Hi All, I’ve seen lots of old post on the use of 3.60’s CRM’s TAPI solution, but no mention of how to configure it in a Thin Client / Citrix / Terminal Server environment. I know that we will need an IP ready telephone exchange, but how will the system know that a user is pressing the “phone” button, sitting at a local site while the database is sitting in a remote datacentre. How will it then know to contact the local telephone system to dial out and then ring the local user’s phone for them to pick up to finish off making the call? Any suggestions welcome… or are there any third party solutions out there?. (again a search on the Net has not been very productive) Thanks for any help, Tim
