One of my customers - a VERY small company - is in need of barcoding products for traceability and everyone thinks it would be great if we could use Navision for connecting customer with product since they are using Navision (2.60, with some adaptions) already, and are very happy about it. Very stable and information enough.
There are som other wishes for changes as well, such as a button for e-mailing an offer or invoice to a customer.
We have seen 2 different consultants and they say different things. Both says of course that it will work, but one insists that upgrading/change is necessary, recommending Dynamics Nav5, while the other one says that it is not. Could anyone out there tell me which is true?
Are there any other benefits of upgrading when speed, level of information etc are considered OK as it is?
