There is no sales price within filter filter sales code ",item no xxx error proplem

Hi guys i have problem when i make return order to sales order then make function - copy document select posted invoice

and select invoiced sales order document then OK

message error show to me :

My message error is :There is no sales price within filter

filter sales code ",item no xxx

How i solve this problem

Have you check whether price is defined in Sales Price for that Item?

Is there ant customization done ?/

Firstly no customization

In sales price table item code and customer name is already exist and i remove it and added again but no benefit

what i do now

What is Start Date and End Date in Sales Price ???

Are two dates must be found or start date only

Is your price within the range of start date and end date of sales price for that Item and customer ??

I make start data before order date period and end data after date of order but also same error message still exist

are any solution to proplem

Check user setup date also who is posting the order.

I test all above but no benefit

but when i add item that make problem then assign sales code to all customers it accept

to make return order and message error not show

are this solution or wrong solution

Same question I asked you that whether that price is defined for that customer or not ?

yes defined i sure that customer and unit price found in table sales price within range as

start date 01-01-13 and end date 31-12-13 as following

asv0003500 customer je-tc-002388 250 01-01-13 31-12-13

as

unit price is 250

my problem is i make check mark recalculate line when i make copy document in report 292 copy sales document

after i remove check mark it work only i leave include header check mark checked.

No need to start date and end date also
