The Word VOID

Can anyone describe this “VOID” which occurs twice after printing the Check??

voiding a cheque or a transaction, means that it is cancelled or reversed as if it never happened. In essence it means the cheque has no value.

Hi,

Another occurance of this is when you are printing onto a pre-printed combined remittance and cheque layout. If the number of lines on the remittance is greater than one page then the printing must void the second cheque on the second and subsequent pages.
