Some of my reports take long time to display, but some reports not displaying as it still processing for long time.
When I close the long processing report and again open, second time it opens.
My question is :
I wanted to know the reason for this behavior. Where to check.
When I check Execution log, the long processing report details not listed since its not executed.
You could try looking in the SSRS log on the SSRS server - you might be able to find something in there that’s indicating what’s wrong…
I’m not sure from your description, but if there is nothing in the execution log, it probably got stuck already in AX, even before calling SSRS. Trace Parser is a good starting point for analyzing performance problems inside AX.
By the way, please attach a tag with your version of AX when creating new threads. You have different options in, say, AX 2009 and Dynamics 365 for Operations.
