SRSPrintDestinationSettingsForm Form in D365 - how to get report name for which is it opened (technical name) ?

Hello,

I need to know how to get report name like (CustAccountStatementExt, SalesInvoice, etc…) in print destination settings form by code inside it or in extension for which report this form is opened ?
