Hi when I click on new service order it is opening as disable mode,any credentials I am not able to fill and not able to create a service order. Can anyone please assist on this?
Could you give us more information, please? Did it work before? If so, what has changed? Does it happen for all users? What’s the version of AX?
What are you filling in in the header (you are directly in the line view) and from which menu option are you creating it?
Hi Martin, I have not created any service order earlier. This is the first one.
So how are you creating it and how is it configured, why are you in the line section and not header etc.
