AX2012 Confirm Purchase order error

Hi All ,

Client uses the Standard Ax application of Ax 2012 CU7 without any customizations.

User can do all the rest of transactions with out any problem ,but Purchase order confirmation could not succeed.

When user try confirm the purchase order in Ax 2012 CU7 , system got hang , after some time message says that Service is unavailable , please contact system administror.

User tried to confirm the Purchase order almost 15-20 times same message of Service is unavailable.

My question is when purchase order confirmation button clicks why Ax services getting stopped automatically ?

That’s strange behaviour I must say but have you debug this issue further?

The PO that user is trying to confirm has how many lines into it? What does event log show you after service stops?

Normally it isn’t so and since you’re saying there are no customizations around try to debug on why this is being caused.

Hi ,Please try the following although this problemin standard should never come .

Please empty the XPPIL folder and run the full CIL again.

I am also facing the same issue : Ax services getting stopped automatically when confirming Purchase Order.

Another error message pops up " An unhandled Microsoft .Net Framework exception occurred in Ax32Serv.exe[10432].

Why is this happening?
