I use one log on for CRM. How can I send a quote created in the CRM log in, into another log in for a sales order?

Could you re-phrase the question please? Are you saying you have two logins and you want one login to release the quote to sales but the system to record your other login that is not you on the sales order?
Sorry. I’m not sure what the exact terminology is…and no one in the office really knows the system that well! One log on that I use allows me to create quotes and apply a dicount in CRM, however the sales order is not accessible from that log in.
The log in I use to create sales orders does not allow me to create a discount.
The task I’m trying to figure out how to do, is transfer the quote created with a discount from one login into a sales order on another login.
