I am new in Navision. Any report for security access for each user?

I would like to check the security access for each user

Hi

No, not in standard Navision. I seem to remember that there is a report in the User Rights Setup Toolkit but I am not sure. It would be pretty easy to create the report if you have access to the report designer.

Are you using SQL or C/SIDE database and Database or Windows logins?

Under SQL the user / role matrix is stored in table 2000000053.

I am sure there is the equivalent for database logins.

Every month we copy and paste the table into XL and then creat a Pivot Table (User vs Role) that shows the cominations. Our local system owner then checks and verifies that users have authorised permissions.
