Resetting Production order

Hi,

While resetting a production order, from STARTED status to RELEASED. System gives a message “Fiscal period for 19-Oct-15 is not open”

Yes, System is right ; OCT is not yet opened.

My question : Is there any way, we can put a date say 30-SEP-2015, and reset it?

My objective is without opening the period OCT, i would like to reset the Prod order.

Nope you cannot do that - it is checking whether you can process today or not. Reset your system date back and fool it into thinking it is September is your only option.
