When using follow up and updating a quotation one option is to set the order as Lost and give a reason
I have a situation where the order was marked as Lost however a PO came in for the Quotation - is there a way to reset the order to allow processing of the original Quotation
I know we could create a new order and copy the previous one and make notes to indicate it was for the previous quote
I have since had this same situation occur for a number of orders that were not Lost - in fact should not have been touched
So if they could be reset back - it would help a great deal to maintain the original references etc.
