Printing Customer Statements

Trying to print customer A/R statements. Some customers print and some do not. I’ve checked the customer cards and the ones that print have all the same set ups as the ones that don’t. The only difference that I can see is that customers statements with a balance due DO NOT PRINT.

Is there a reason for this or is this a software bug?

I think it is a bug.

In my NAV 2009 SP1 the statement report does not use the “Print Statement” field to filter. So that is an error!
