Posting date error interval in NAV2013

All;

When entering the posting date on the Gen. Journal line and on the documents, i get the error " in the current company date you have entered is outside the allowed interval" .

Note that i’m using the client license for my testing and the company isnt Cronus. Though when the date defaults to today the error doesn’t appear. i expect this error when using Cronus license and not client license.

what could be the problem?

Cronus license has limited posting date range, cause that is a demo license.

Im not using Cronus license, im using a client license. I know the error occurs when using Cronus.

Hi,

If you have recently uploaded a client license in your development environment then just restart its nav service.

Also, 1. Check the Allow Posting From and Allow Posting To Field in the General Ledger Setup which specify that all users are allowed to post entries within specified range.

  1. Check you have right to post an entries within range specified in the User Setup Table.
