Outlook and Dynamics contact transfer

Hi,

I am using Outlook and I would like to use Dynamics as our CRM but I have all my contacts and other data on Outlook.

What should I do to transfer them onto Dynamics?

Set up CRM in AX

Setup the Outlook Integration

Configure the user settings in AX to consider Outlook integration.

Run teh appropriate Microsoft Outlook periodic synchronisation job.

You can also try using some software that will help you in managing the transfer. Like using data integration software such as Datastage or Talend Open Studio. Tell us how it went.
