I have completed my C/SIDE Introducation in navision 4.0.can i write C/SIDE solution development exam in navision 5.0.

If you are familiar with v5, you can go for second Dev exam for ver5, if it is available in language in which you prefer to do the exams.
Passed NAV (and Dynamics in general) exams do not expire, so you will get your certification, though versions will be different. MS only removes from time to time older version exams, so now you can’t apply for exam for ver3.7, for example.
