I try to install NAV 2015 demo and in the end I get a message that SQL 2014 Express can not be installed.
I do not know why… anybody who knows?

install sql express first. it has it’s own installer. check if you get an error too.
after all is ok,install nav 2015.
I have now installed SQL alone but will not work…I get FX3 error… have found out that I have not installed or activated .NET 3.5.
This gives me a new problem… I cannot install .NET 3,5… installation cannot get neccesary files from Windows Update…
Do not know what to do… anybody who does…I know this is maybe not anylonger a NAV related question?
check the installation log for the needed prerequisite components, download them seperatly from microsoft site, install them, try again.
What version of Windows is this?
Windows 8.1 Pro
There is no .NET 3.5 download for WIndows 8.1. You must enable it thru Windows. This should help.
