Is there a report in business central that shows items and serial numbers?

There is not, but the request is a great use of the Analyze feature introduced a few Waves back. Search for Ledger Entries, then enter Analysis Mode. In my example, I used just a few columns and filtered on remaining quantity > 0, assuming you wanted to see remaining serial numbers.
