I’m looking to interface NAV 2009 with websites such as Amazon and E-Bay to upload my inventory items that I sell and to receive orders from same websites. Does anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this task?

You should start by going to each of the websites you want to interface with. They will each have their own requirements and fees. For example Ebay accepts flat files as well as web services. I can’t remember what all Amazon will accept.
In addition to what Matt said, I am sure both of them might be using Web Services and they can provide you the template/ format of the file compatible with their system. Once you have that information, then you can use Web Services or NAS and XML for integration purpose. Webservices offer certain advantages over the NAS approach.
