Importing a Chart Accounts in Ax-2012 R3

Can anyone please let e know how to import the chart of accounts in ax 2012 we don’t have excel addins.

Do you have the Data Import/Export framework installed? if yes, then maybe you can import the data by using it

I installed Data Import Export Framework Can you just share me the Steps how to proceed with COA import.
