I am trying to import data in Dynamics 365 from AX 2009 Database. But when I am clicking on import Upload data file for entity ‘Customer Group’. I heard that Microsoft had not implemented ODBC import in dynamics 365 yet.
Can anyone confirm that whether Microsoft released solution for importing data via ODBC? or solution yet to be released?

Which of the Dynamics 365 “applications” are you trying to import the data from AX 2009 into? For Financials and Operations, Enterprise or Business? Or for Sales?

Yeah. Importing via ODBC isn’t supported in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. Have you looked at DIXF? The data management functionality should help import customer groups for you.
