Error using Power Query

Hi. We have 8 companies on D365 BC. I have a Power Query that extracts data from an Analysis View set up in each company. I have now started getting an error message on only 1 of the companies and want to know how to fix it. The Analysis View is called FUNCTIONS and data compression is by Month, and the Power Query gives the following headings before I do any transforms:
Analysis_View_Code
Account_No
Account_Source
Dimension_1_Value_Code
Dimension_2_Value_Code
Dimension_3_Value_Code
Dimension_4_Value_Code
Business_Unit_Code
Posting_Date
Entry_No
Cash_Flow_Forecast_No
Amount Debit_Amount
Credit_Amount
Add_Curr_Amount
Add_Curr_Debit_Amount
Add_Curr_Credit_Amount

The error is: [DataSource.Error] OData: Request failed: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. (Skip token is no longer valid: Analysis View Entry: FUNCTIONS,790701,G/L Account,EX,BA,“”,“”,“”,12/31/20,0,“”. CorrelationId: xxxx-xxx-xxx)

I have tried resetting the Analysis View and Updating it but error persists. All dates in the Analysis View, except year end closing entries, are dated 1st of the month, and the error seems to show 31 Dec date.

Any help will be appreciated
