Error executing code: xInfo object does not have method 'activate'.

Dear DAX Experts,

Could any one help me out to resolve below mentioned user issue. If user try to open any form in Ax the below issue is appearing. And this is only happening for one user.

  1. I have tried clearing Usage Data and .AUC files for the user but there is no luck.

  2. Have checked and compiled xInfo class active method without any issues.

But still i am facing the same issue.

Please suggest me to resolve this issue.

Hi All,

I have asked user to restart his machine and then again cleared the usage data for users. Now there is no issue appeared…
