After EP installation,insted of EP page its showing this msg

can anybody help regarding this error???

This is an IE error which indicates there are issues with backend database (WSS/MOSS db) connection, security etc. Check them and make sure there are no issues.
i chked everthng…m not able to find out wht i am missing.Could u just tell me wht exctly i need to chk? i chked evertnhg in backend.still i want to no wht exactly?

created BCPROXY,thn installed wss 3.0sp2,added bcproxy to iis_wpg and wss_wpg,thn set the app pool identity,thn VStudio 2008,Thn EP
