Does anyone have a sample of how an effective date is calculated?
Clarification: What I am trying to do is establish a table that suports the Employee Rate table. The supporting table will break down a payroll rate code in to sub components with specific effective dates. I want the Payroll rate table to reflect the sub component rates based on the latest effective date. this can be accomplished via reports, but how would it be done on a form?
