Hi Can any one tell me the diffrence between the effective date of the payroll element of the pay structure of the employee defined and the effective date of the pay element given in the master of the pay elements. Also how these are different from the payroll structure date of the employee. Deepak
Effective date is the date of creating the new pay element. Pay structure date is the date when the structure is made based on which the pay is processed, the stucture date is more powerful and has implications, the effective date is only for statistics I think Muralli
