I would like to download and install the Dynamics AX2012 R3 on my personal laptop. I searched on google but no luck. Can you please provide me the correct link to download and install the AX2012 R3.

It’s not publicly available. You either have a license (as a customer or an implementation partner), or it’s possible to get the installer (but not demo data nor pre-installed VMs) via MSDN subscription.
