Customer Aging Buckets form is not displaying the data....?

Hi Guys,

When I am trying to view aging buckets for a customer the information is blank (AR/Customer/Balance/Aging Buckets).

Even there is setup for Aging Buckets functionality…

Hi,

There is a periodic job that you have to run before you can see the aging buckets in the collections form.

Run this process and open the collections form.

Can you tell me from where I can run that Job and the Job name…

Hi,

Not aware of any periodic jobs. As long as set-up such as aging period definitions are set correctly and there are no customizations, you should be able to view the balances.

Thanks for your reply… The setup for Aging buckets is already existing and it was working fine… but suddenly it stopped working and not able to see data in

And This issue is in AX 4.0…
