Ageing Bucket Error

Hi all,

I created an Ageing bucket in AR > Setup > statistics. But the new ageing bucket is not showing in the drop down list of Customer Ageing report. How to resolve this problem? Please help.

Check the aging bucket configuration. AX supports 6 aging buckets. If you create 7th one, system won’t restrict it but you won’t be able to select it in the dropdown.

Delete 1-2 aging buckets and try again. It should work.
