There has to be a simple way to activate creation date on new customer records. I see most records have the field but it is never populated. How do I activate creation dates?

To activate those fields, you have to set the properties with the corresponding name in the table property sheet. Select the table , go to its properties and set “CreatedDate” property to Yes.
