I have created all there is needed to be created to do Intercompany transaction. Is there a need for me to do Consolidation Elimination in the Consolidated Company? please help me out

Think you are mixing up things. NAV’s “intercompany module” is not directly related to the “consolidation module”.
Intercompany is “just” transfer of transactions between the companies. Depending on how these transactions are setup, then after you have used the consolidation module (as in Amol’s link). The actual process of eliminating the transaction, is manual and done in the consolidation company.
So in order to be able to process this, then your consolidated coa should be created in fashion where this is actually possible. But generally this is something I would talk to your company’s controller or auditors about.
