Dear Friend,

Can we delete the posted sales invoice in Ax 2012 ?

here effect also should come to customer account,account entry,voucher,inventory etc ?

No, you cannot delete the posted transactions.

You need to post a credit note for the invoice (OR) or post the sales order with -ve qty.
