If Sales orders are being created via EDI, is there a way to apply the Sales Agreement to the Sales order that is already in the system? TechNet mentions being able to auto apply to SO that are created indirectly, but I can’t find a way to do that.
From Sales order Lines> click Update>Sales agreement> Create link
you will see the agreements against the customer, then select the appropriate agreement to link.
