AX Retail Rel.2 Logo Printing in receipt.

I am using AX Retail Rel.2.

I have following concerns regarding the printing of receipts from pos client.

1: Do any one tell me how to print the logo on the sales receipt.

2: Printing 2 copies of the receipt when transaction finished.
