We have instances where another user has to update or amend an existing PO, but who’s approval routing does this go through, and who is notified of the changes. NAV RTC 2009

Hi! Depends on how the document approval has been set up. Please send the user setup table details re document approval and the document approval template for POs and I can then confirm.
