You do not have permission to create the 'Transformation Forms' Page.

Hi everyone!

Can you help me resolve this? I am trying to use the transformation tool. I’ve followed these steps http://blogs.msdn.com/b/nav_developer/archive/2008/06/13/nav-2009-how-to-simple-form-transformation.aspx but in the last step (No. 10) there is an error appearing and it says:

"You do not have permission to create the ‘Transformation Forms’ Page.

Contact you system administrator to have your permissions changed."

and when I clicked OK → then it says “The import stopped at element Code in Page 177000 Transformation Forms.”

Although I am using our license.

By the way., I am using Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic

May I know where you are importing?

It should be imported from Object Designer not from form 177000

As the step number 10.:

  1. Back in NAV (classic client): Go to Object Designer, and import the file Pages.xml, and then compile it.

I opened the Object Designer and imported the file Pages.xml (it is from the TransformationTool folder → Page.xml)

I guess you have exported 177000 series forms also to transform in forms.xml

Please ignore them and export again…
