Hi All,

my client recently got a error :"you cannot view data on this page because you are not a registered user in

microsoft dynamics ax . contact your microsoft dynamics ax adminstrator" while he was adding a receipt to the Expense claim that was created by himself in Enterprise portal.

I have checked the roles in ax are proper. can you please let me know what would be the reason?

Hi Hima,

It seems like it is accessing the data that is not available to the user.

Can you check whether you are able to access the same data using AX form.

Hi Rahul,

With the given acess . user has permission only for EP pages and i’m able to check the data in rich client because i’m a system admin.

Hi All,

I found a solution . I have deleted user and imported him back.This case there is no issue.
