Wrong product information being displayed when I double-click an item number in released products form

When I view the released products list and then double-click on any one of them, the details form displays a different product, not the one I selected (via double-click) … Does anyone have any suggestions on this?

This works correctly in my standard AX 2012 environments. Can you check if there might be a customization causing this behavior?

I feel like I’ve seen this before. Which version of AX are you on, and can you confirm that your client’s version matches the version of the AOS?

Hi Andre / Jake,
It was the result of a customisation to the Products/EcoRes tables. The IS guys have amended the DMF Product Entity which has resolved my issue. But def caused by a customisation. Thanks again to you both for advice/help.
