I have submitted workflow,below message is appearing in the notification form.

The web service failed unexpectedly. Please refer to the Event Log “Microsoft Dynamics AX Work flow" for details.

I think your work flow is not connecting to the webserver. GO to Administrator and in workflow setting first check wheter website is validating or not?
