Workflow for Purchase Requisition

Hi,

My Purchase requisition workflow is not working properly, until i go to AOT → Form → Tutorial_workflowprocess and then right click and click open, a new window open in which i have to click start.

after that when i click to Notification Icon in bottom then all notifications shows.

why these are not automatically run?

It must be automatically run when client press SUBMIT button on purchase requisition form.

Kindly help me out.

You must configure the batch jobs for workflow,

I have check both ‘‘batch group’’ and ‘‘work flow infrastructure configuration’’ setups been fixed already.

but after submitting Purchase requisition no notification generate untill to go to Start tutorial_workflowprocess

Does the batch server attached to the batch group?

Yes batch server also been attached!

Just do the below setups, Before configuring the batch server,batch group…etc…

  1. System administration->Area page->Inquires->Batch jobs->Batch job history

Select all batch jobs history and clear the all data (Delete)

  1. System administration->Area page->Inquires->Batch jobs->Batch job

Select all batch jobs and clear the all data (Delete)

  1. System administration → Area page → Setup->System->Server configuration

Ensure all batch server groups are in selected groups

then you can do the regular setups (Batch server,Batch group,Workflow infrastructure configuration wizard…etc…

I have deleted all history, and then re created batch group and configuration wizard.

and Now its working :slight_smile:
