Hi

I have issue in our AX purchase requisition workflow. after installation almost 2 months working fine. recently its giving error

STOPPED ERROR:

please find the below screen shots for workflow & event log details also.

Can you show the Tracking details tab of Workflow history? What’s your version of AX?

Not much details could be found in Tracking details too. You better post the event viewer message here to understand exact problem.

Hi Samuel,

This may be because of rights problem.

The person you assigned for approval will have the lack of rights or access to the objects.

i checked with system admin rights with all users . still its giving same error.

Hi Samuel,

Same problem i too had.what i did was creating new workflow and configuring the same.

It resolved the issue.Try with this.

I could not find any other solution.
