Why should real estate companies use Dynamics NAV?

With the knowledge I have of Microsoft Dynamics, I feel that the software is most suitable for manufacturing and retailing industry, I.e. the industries that work on large volume of products. Is it so? If not, then how efficient is it for real estate businesses?
