I’m curious which group/team/organization the CRM workers roll up to at your respective companies. Meaning, does the CRM team fall under Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, etc? I’m trying to determine what makes the most sense for our team so just trying to get an idea of how other companies operate. We use Dynamics 365 Sales at my firm.
