try Accenture/infosys/wipro/TCS… these are brand names but famous for their training programs, although i am not aware of their navision training program. you get trained on navision only once you are on the job :).
no comments on the training institutes [:P] haven’t heard of any great institute.
Apart from the big names, I think All-E technologies is really a good company to work with. You can actually learn a lot if you work that extra mile.
