I am planning to write certification for Microsoft dynamics nav c/side ( client server Integration development). Where can I find the practice tests?

And one more question is, In which site I have to register for certification?

Are you with a Nav partner? - You can use your development license to practice in a demo database

Alternatively do you have a MSDN subscription? - This provides a very limited version but enough for practice in the 123456700 - 123456799 range.
