Where are these fields Country/Region and State ?

When creating new PO am getting exception as

1)The value ‘India’ in field ‘Country/region’ is not found in relating table ‘Country/region’.

2)The value ‘TN’ in field ‘State’ is not found in relating table ‘States’.

I have not given any such inputs and even there is no inputs defined at AP parameter level.

And though am providing PurchTable.VendGroup and PurchLine.VendGroup

And For Line item exception is as

3)Field Group must be filled in

**4)**Field ‘Purchase order’ must be filled in.

**5)**Cannot edit a record in Purchase orders (PurchTable).

The record has never been selected.

Satya…You will see that particular field when you go to Basic>Setup>Addresses>Zip/Postal Codes.

Go to the second tab under General. If the Country/Region is not in that particular table go ahead and manually add it to it.
